Shipping
I will cover the basic cost of U.S. Postal Service Standard or Priority shipping. Should you want expedited shipping, please contact me for a quote. Since charges are processed personally by me, I can add this cost to your final bill and use that total for charge processing. Alternatively, I can bill the expedited shipping separately through Paypal using your email address.
Insurance
I insure the value of your purchase. Should the item be lost, please allow time for the item to be fabricated. If I cannot duplicate it, I will, of course, refund your purchase.
Returns
I am convinced that you will be delighted with the jewelry piece that you purchase. However, if it does not suit in any way, you may return it, postmarked within 7 days from date of receipt, with a full money-back guarantee. I would greatly appreciate your emailing me to let me know that you are returning the item: [email protected].
Defective Merchandise
I stand behind my work and guarantee it for a year against defects and other problems not due to normal wear or obvious abuse or mistreatment. Just return it to my Athens, GA workshop for repair or replacement.
